Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation, provided the item is in stock.
  • If an item is unavailable or requires extra time, our team will inform you promptly about the delay.

Courier Services

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely deliveries across Pakistan.

  • Major cities are usually covered within 2–4 working days.
  • Remote or rural areas may take up to 5–8 working days.
  • In rare cases of courier unavailability, we may ship through an alternate trusted provider.

Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Free shipping across all over Pakistan.

Order Modification & Cancellation

  • If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • To request changes, email us at (zbcollection111@gmail.com) or reply to your order confirmation email.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, modifications and cancellations will no longer be possible.
